Toweredge Capital arranges and structures Equity and/or Debt Financing for capital intensive Projects in Nigeria and Africa with a particular focus on Private-Public Partnership (PPP) Infrastructure projects.

Olukayode Maiyegun
Managing Director /Chief Executive Officer
Olukayode Maiyegun has a wide range of industry experience spanning over 30years in Investment, Corporate and Commercial Banking, Card and Electronic Payments, Stockbroking and Asset Management.
His areas of expertise include cultivation of new markets, creating and implementing marketing programs, establishing third party relationships as well as extensive experience in structured transactions.
Olukayode Maiyegun holds a B.Sc. degree in Economics from University Of Ibadan, a Master’s of Science Degree in Economics from University of Lagos and an MBA from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He also attended Leadership and Business strategy Programs at Connell University, USA.
He started his career in (1988) with Z.O Ososanya & Co, he worked with Wintrust Limited, First Alstate Securities Limited, Capital Bank Limited, Access Bank Plc., United Bank for Africa Plc., Sterling Bank Plc., Keystone Bank Limited, Iworld Financial Services Limited and Unified Payment Services Limited and most recently Glo Mobile Limited (Globacom). He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and Authorized Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
